Members Data
All members have signed up to the following data protection statement:
The Pen and Camera Club holds information concerning members (Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers and email addresses) on computer disc, for the purposes of club records and the club directory. The data is used purely for contacting members. The club directory containing this data is distributed to all members on paper or by email (in an encrypted form), after which the data could be stored on any computer owned by a member of the club. Folio secretaries use and distribute the data to the members of their folio for the operation of the circle. Anyone may withdraw consent for their data to be used in this way by contacting the general secretary of the club, or complain to the Information Commission should their personal data be used in an unauthorised way.
